Returns

Your Standard Sized Shade Sail can be returned within 15 days from the date you received it, provided it has not been used or damaged. A 20% restocking fee is applicable, however, this is waived for product exchanges or upgrades. Please call or email us before returning any product.

Your Custom Sized Shade Sail will be made to your specific dimensions and design. Generally, there is no return for this type of product, but we want all our customers to be satisfied. So if there is a problem please call us and we’ll make sure we can do all we can to satisfy your concerns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shade Sails Canada does not charge customs, duties, taxes, or handling fees on orders outside of Canada. Any customs, duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the courier are independent of Shade Sails Canada. For any questions regarding the importation of your order via courier, please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
