Our Pergola Shade Weaves are custom tailored to fit your structure!

  • They are manufactured with an incredibly durable and highly fade, rot, tear and mould resistant fabric available in +20 colours.
  • The textile is warrantied for 15 years and it will provide continuous protection from harmful UV rays.
  • It includes double-stitched seams & triple-layered reinforced grommeted ends and your package includes Stainless Steel hardware for mounting on wooden pergolas.
  • Weaves are maximum 24" wide and 420" long. Contact us if you'd like bigger measurements.

    Shade sails make our pergola

    My eye saw these sails online and said we had to have them for our new pergola for more shade.
    After installation, easy enough, they proved to be everything as advertised. High quality materials that should last for many years. Much better than a single sheet of anything. Customer service was helpful with my questions and order was ready to be shipped quickly. Highly recommend.

    Great addition to our new pergola

    Weave shades looks great. Gives enough shade to be able to enjoy the deck at any time during the day.
    Relatively easy to install. My only negative comment would be that the grommets are not exactly at the same position on each panel which means each hole position needs to be measured. It would have been nice to be able to use a template to speed up the process. That also means I need to somehow remember/mark which panel is where for reinstallation after snowy winters.

    Beyond Expectations

    When I found that my house wasn't architecturally suitable for adding a sunroom, I opted for an alternative twenty years ago—a pergola.     DESIGN & MEASUREMENTS
    How big are the Pergola Shade Weave panels?

    Our Pergola Shade Weaves are tailor made! They can run as long as you desire, and can be produced in any width (max 24" for online orders).

    To define the length, just decide the shape of it ( i.e. if it'll cross every beam or every two beams) and start measuring. To measure, we recommend you to:

    • Anchor a string to the one end of your pergola (or structure that you are installing the Shade Weave into).
    • Anchor the end of the string with a small screw to hold it in place.
    • Weave your piece of string through the cross beams as you desire.
    • Ensuring the string is pulled taut - anchor the piece of string to the other end of your pergola or structure.
    • Measure the length of this string - this will be the length of your Pergola Shade Weave.
    How many should I order?

    To define the number of panels, we recommend to measure the inside area you would like to cover and divide the space by the weave width. This allows you to evenly break up spaces which would leave you with a near perfect checkered-style shade covering.

    Can each panel be a different colour?

    Absolutely! You can choose between two of our vibrant and colourful selection of Commercial Grade Light fabrics in order to complete your Pergola Shade Weave concept, or, you can let it be and cover your pergola structure with a single colour.

    Can my weave panels anchor to any material?

    With Weave Shades, we provide you with all the tensioning as well as anchoring hardware. This means your system is ready-to-fly when it arrives at your door.

    The anchoring hardware that is provided to you are our welded screw eyes (M8xM80). These screw eyes have a 3” thread on them - which means you need at least 3” of substance to anchor the entire screw eye in. Add an extra inch to that if you’d like the screw eye to sit flush against the anchoring point.

    This anchor hardware is defined for wood posts. Please contact us if you have a different material.

    When will I receive my order?

    All orders are produced within 10 business days after payment confirmation. After that, it usually takes up to one week to ship.

    Where do you ship?

    We ship worldwide. The vast majority of our customers are from Canada, the United States and some from the Caribbean, however, we can customize shipping options to anywhere in the world.
