Custom Sized Shade Sails

I saw a shade sail years ago and though they were such a great idea. So I went and ordered one from a chai hardware store. That lasted all of 12 hours.. not even exaggerating. The wind came up and tore it to shreds. I then found Shade Sails Canada and purchased their shade sail. what a difference. amazing quality and top level service! I have now had mine installed for 6 years (I take it down for winter) and still love the system! Thanks for the continued service and great product. These days it ios all to common to find companies making products that are designed not to last. I am happy to find people like you guys that put effort, care and attention to detain into making products that hold up and are top quality!

We purchased two sails. I first worked with Chris from sales and he was super helpful as we talked about options. I then worked with Jake on the design and they were super patient as our design evolved. It took a few tries but once we got it right, the order was place and we had our sails in Ontario within 2 weeks. Awesome service all around. The install was super easy (30 mins to put up the two sails - with a friend). Everything worked like a charm. Thank you for your help. We will recommend this to all our friends.

Custom Sized Shade Sails

We live on the St Lawrence River in a very open area and have very high winds at times, we wanted to enjoy being down on the dock but also wanted the option to be sheltered of the sun. The option of using umbrellas was just a no go, so we are so happy to have found the perfect solution, Shade Sails Canada. The process was so easy, we confirmed our design, installed the posts and submitted the measurements on the form provided by Shade Sails Canada. We were notified once the shades were in production and received them in Ontario in just a little over 2 weeks. Everything was in one little box, the sails have the cable and all the hardware already in place, no need to try to figure things out. After watching the installation video my husband and I tackled the job on our own and he was so impressed with the ease of installation. Thank you for the rope tip.

We needed a shade to cover our patio that could handle high winds in our area (Frankfort, IN). We utilized the Design Service to get an idea what we needed. The process was quick and included excellent graphics to help us picture the design. We then worked with our sales specialists, Jake, who provided excellent feedback on the specific things we needed to make this design happen. He kept in good contact to make sure our project was progressing. In the end, we have a solar shade that will provide the shade we need, will handle the winds, and looks fantastic. The shade coverage is exactly as shown in our digital preview. I would highly recommend this company!

From the day I ordered our shade sail to the day we installed it, the time was 14 days. The instructions for measuring between my supports were clear and easy to follow. The installations instructions were equally clear. It took about an hour to install the sail. We couldn’t be happier with our sail. Shade Sail Canada is an excellent company to deal with.
