I ordered the shade sail hardware and the team at shade sail was truly so helpful. I didnt know what attachment hardware to order and they helped me both over the phone and with detailed emails. I plan on ordering my shade sail in the coming months and I also wanted to add that the team at shade sail created a great rendering for me of my shade sail so I could envision what I was going to add in my patio.
