I am not a complainer, typically. I also rarely trust website sales. I wanted a 17x17x17 natural sail. Before ordering one, I clicked on your “Clearance” section and found one exactly matching those dimensions. Being unsure of the validity of there clearance data, I called the contact number and spoke in person to a gentleman who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I clearly asked if the size was accurate on it….and we discussed in great length about the spacing (he indicated that 19ft apart) I should use and he went into great detail about the point loads on the mounting etc. I was very thankful for the details and it gave me confidence to trust the company. The sail is a gift from me to my son’s family. This week, l as we do the preparation and mounting work….the sail is at least 2 feet smaller on each side…..and the facts were not as explained. I cannot remember the fellows name, but the phone call happened only moments prior to me placing the order online. I don’t know what solutions there are, but I would definitely like to discuss something. As a business owner for 40 years, whose business depends wholly on my personal reputation, I place a lot of weight on a man’s word.
